Hello,

I am hoping to reach an Admin with this question. I attempted to email this question but the email was returned as undeliverable to admin@zoxaeus.com or whatever title was given.

I am a new user of this site, and after reading the requirements for downloading files, I have decided that purchasing a subscription is the best solution for me. However I am concerned by the fact that for a least the past 5 days your 'Download Manager' has been offline for maintenance. I saw the other post here requesting information about that and read the short reply given, which was generic at best. If someone would confirm that this problem is temporary and or is being addressed I would be happy to purchase a subscription. It's not the 10.00 that bothers me as much as the thought of paying for something I will not receive or cannot access.

If this problem is on my end and not this site, please provide me info on resolving the issue.

Again I apologize for making a post of this question but my attempt to reach a person in charge by e-mail failed.

Thank you for your help.

Thank You for your quick response. I will go ahead and purchase a subscription then. And by the way, while I definitely liked it in the old days of Zoo Admin when everything was free. I understand and respect the need for generating an income for your web site. I think the idea of purchasing a subscription is much better for most people than having to post x amount of post. I know I'm not the only over 30 person who enjoys the game, particularly all the incredible addons and simply being able to download and enjoy them is greatly appreciated. The cost of a subscription vs trying to make a bunch of silly post is well worth it to me!!

Welcome!
A lot of adults enjoy this game. smile.gif
We actually have a fair number of member who are over 30 - including several grandparents wink.gif - at this site biggrin.gif

It's always a delight to welcome a new benefactor flowers.gif - be sure to check out the bene-only section of the forums (I can see that your purchase has gone through already)- I hope you will feel welcome, and I think you will like the betatest area - whenever a designer has made something new it is tested in our betatest area by our beloved benes and by staff. That way you not only get new downloads before anyone else, you also get to help our designers and give them input!

Well Thank You very much!
Unfortunately as I write this I have no idea how to find the area you are referring to but I will look around for it.
I really do appreciate the fast response(s) to my question. And I'm happy to help support you all, I have no artistic skills myself, at least none that transfer to a computer. But I am amazed at how far things have come, it's been a couple of years since I've had the game on my PC and I wanted to get some new animals for my daughter and I have been blown away by what is being created these days!!

Again thank you TazLover and Taysha for your welcoming and your help.

Jason

No problem Jason.
It's so great when parents and their children can share a game. I find that it doesn't happen often enough biggrin.gif
How old is your girl? I've got two 6 year olds...
